ZOETROPE
Sobre la pieza.
Es la historia de un oficial de correo militar desvalido, su ex esposa y su hermana, su amante, su amigo, su hijo, el dramaturgo René Marqués y El Grito de Lares. Con video en vivo y elementos de la danza-teatro.
Inspirado en las cartas, encontradas en una caja por el dramaturgo, entre su abuelo en Nueva York y su abuela en Lares durante la primera migración puertorriqueña, Zoetrope es un trabajo polifónico sobre distintas generaciones de la clase trabajadora de izquierda en el archipiélago.
Presentada en inglés y español con supertítulos.
